Q: I have a profile already and have a new email address…how do I update my email address?
A: If possible, log in with your old email address and password. You will be given an opportunity at that time to change your information. If you do not remember your old email address/password, please use the contact form and someone will help you. Do not attempt to create another profile. The duplication checking will not allow this.
Q: I have forgotten my password. Can you send it to me?
A: There is a link to have your password sent to you. It requires that you remember your email address. If you do not, please use the contact form.
Q: I can’t log in…can you just delete my old profile so that I can create a new one?
A: We would prefer to just correct the profile that you have previously entered. Please refer to the two above questions for details.
